Job Description

Responsible to assist Branch Manager by providing sales data and support administration job
Core Responsibilities
Assist Branch Manager to prepare Forecast T-13
Assist Branch Manager to compile Key Project EMC report
Compile salesman daily visit report
Assist Branch Manager and salesman for dealer inventory stock
Report competitor data pricelist
Assist Branch Manager for daily sales tracking report
Sell Through Report
Assist Branch Manager and Salesman for sales contract
Assist Branch Manager and Salesman for discount display
Support other documentation and administration job

Competencies Required

Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Management, Business Administration, and related field
Able to use SAP System
Minimal 2 years experience
Fluent in English would be an advantage
Have a passion an Sales Area
Mature, hard worker, smart and fast learner
Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and can adapt to any requirements quickly
Well organized, persistent and can work under tight deadline
Computer literature: Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point), System Database, Input Program.
Self-driven, well organized, persistent, can adapt to any requirement quickly, and can work under pressure
Details oriented, numbers friendly
Sociable, humble, and good interpersonal skill

Personality

Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
