Sales Semi Modern Channel (Yogyakarta)
Job Description
Responsible for assist SM Head and Assistant Manager Sell-in/Sell-out through sales and service of products with the expectation of meeting or exceeding SM Channel target and individual goals
Core Responsibilities
- Assist SM Head and Assistant Manager Sell-in/Sell-out to achieve sales target and projected profit.
- Supervise related promoters.
- Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
- Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
- Provide dealer PSI and follow up to ensure sell in target
- Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for stores.
- Update SM channel monthly report (sales achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)
- Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to SM Head and Assistant Manager Sell-in/Sell-out
- Assist SM Head and Assistant Manager Sell-in/Sell-out to operate SM business in line with company procedures and policies.
- Support sales promotion activities
Competencies Required
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management, or related
- 2 years experiences in home appliances electronics industry or related
- Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
- Logically and analytically minded
- Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
- Fluency in English is advantage
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative
- Willing to travel
- Vaccinated Covid-19
