AC & B2B Sales Spcialist
Core Responsibilities
- Mapping AC Specialist distribution channel in their area
- Create and deal business with AC Specialist account
- Create and make deal AC business through B2B channel
- Manage AC Specialist (ACS)/non-regular accounts to achieve company target
- Visit ACS dealers to ensure monthly achievement, on-time payment, and maintain a good relationship
- Monitoring market movement special for AC products
Competencies Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related
- 2 years experience as Salesman/Sales in AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related
- Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
- Logically and analytically minded
- Detailed oriented - Numbers friendly
- Fluency in English is an advantage
Personality
- Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
- Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
- Have initiative
- Love and enjoy all things about product planning
