Job Description Ensure that all of finance transactions are done accurate and in timely manner.

Core Responsibilities Preparing report of Petty Cash Preparing Collection Service report Cash withdrawn & transfer money to the Bank Make voucher payment Sending report of service collection to central office Make order request related to the branch office need to head office Responsible in all payment of operation cost at branch offices Prepare employee attendance report Arrange all of Cashier File Document in Storage, arrange by monthly & Category Coordinate with Head office regarding all of finance activities Support HRGA Activities at Branch Office

Competencies Required Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance or related field 2 year of experience but fresh graduate are welcome to apply Excellent computer skills; Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet. Etc. Good Interpersonal skill Persistent, number friendly and detail oriented Able to handle stress and work in tight schedule Quick, fast learner and effective working
