Assistant Manager HR Operation
Job Descriptions
Responsible for assisting of the managing process of whole HR tasks for head office and 13 branches, 5 sole Agent, and based on company policy and framework (rules and guidelines), execute each task with speed.
Core Responsibilities
- HR execution tasks
- Recruitment management (base on demand/budget plan) timely
- Position management & promotion/demotion, career development, job description
- Employee cycle management (succession plan for next leader, contract staff termination)
- Performance management (KPI, grading, scoring)
- Compensation & benefit management (incentive & awarding)
- Payroll management (salary, allowance, income tax and bonus/merit increase/salary range/indirect manpower)
- Insurance management (BPJS)
- Training development & management (career/skill up/learning management system/talent analysis/competency matrix)
- Employee relationship management (Labor union/company regulation/company event)
- Policy and SOP design and implementation
- HR Administration (employee data/headcount/turnover/attendance/HRIS/monthly report/WLK/Organization Chart)
- Sticky manage HR department expense within budget
Competencies Required
- Minimum Bachelor in Human Resource Management / Phycology / Law / Economic / Business Administration
- At least over 5 years experiences of HR job.
- Have enough & high level of labor law knowledge.
- Excellent Inter-personal skills (internal & external – manpower office etc.)
- Have high level of management skill and known well operation.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
- Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative.
- Fluency in English.
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word).
- Logically and analytically minded.
- Detailed oriented.
- Numbers friendly.
Personality
- Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun.
- Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters.
- Have initiative, strong leadership and responsibility.
