Core Responsibilities
- Input data from technician visit report.
- Organize parts, handling requested parts to technician.
- Receive Services Task
- Reports receipt of money from repair process by technician.
- Create a spare part request letter required by a technician.
- Report monthly expenses
- Report stock opname result
Competencies Required
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Business Administration or related field
- 1 years experienced in handling administration but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent Inter-personal Skills
- At least passive in English
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
- Logically and analytically minded
- Detailed oriented
- Numbers friendly
- Honest, well organized
Personality
- Professional and serious for the work at hand, but easy to work with and is able to have fun
- Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters
- Have initiative
