Head of Retail

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop annual retail business plan along with all of its aspects, such as sell-out target, store expansion plan, field force headcount, display management, etc
  • Achieve the sell-out target. Monitor achievement by daily, weekly and monthly basis by store and product category.
  • Manage aspects of marketing intelligence in retail scope, such as competitor activity benchmarking, sell-out forecasting, target setting, and others.
  • Develop consumer promotion program for leading consumers, increase brand image, and contribute to achieve sales target.
  • Manage aspects of Store management; such as new store booth, store grade tracking, planogram compliance, display units management, POSM, Demo tools, etc
  • Develop guideline, SOP, and operation within Retail department.
  • Coordinate field force team (promotors, team leaders and district managers), headcount plan, recruitment, target setup, store mapping, SOP, training and others.
  • Manage third party manpower agency, in terms of KPI, promotor salary and incentive scheme.
  • Develop, maintenance and update of ERP system alongside with related IT professionals.
  • Support exhibitions, roadshows and BTL activation events.Manage overall retail department budget, OPEX, CAPEX and Travel expenses.
  • Manage overall department KPI

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor degree in related field
  • Min. 5 years experience as retail manager, in electronics industry will be advantage
  • Required Skill(s): trade marketing, digital marketing, management
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, with speed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Inter-personal Skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
  • Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Team leader, persuasive and innovative
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
  • Logically and analytically minded
  • Detailed oriented
  • Numbers friendly
  • Fluency in at least English
  • Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)
