Area Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible in achieving area sales target set by company
• Control daily sales of branch offices and sole agent in the area
• Report Sales daily issue ; sales condition and situation (Competitor activity or market situation)
• Communicate with Branches (follow up sales, discussion, solution, etc.)
• Provide monthly sales revenue report to National Sales
• Collect & review monthly report & analyzing sales result and make action plan to coming month
• Distribute Price List to Branches & Agent
• Update Monthly Forecast
• Review KPI scheme base on company direction plan
• Perform sales visits potential & current dealer in order to build better relationship
• Coaching, motivating & supporting area sales team
• Build and develop a sales team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
• Tracking day to day sales activity
• Caretaker or replace for BM Job in order vacant position

Competencies Required

• MBA/Bachelor in Marketing/Management/Engineering from top university or related
• 5 years experiences as Area Sales Manager in reputable Home Appliances companies or related
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent Inter-personal Skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative
• Fluency in English
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Logically and analytically minded
• Detailed oriented
• Numbers friendly
