Retail Promotion Management

Responsibilities :

• Manage in-store promo program to maximize sell-out and market share.
• Collaborate with Product managers & sales managers in formulating suitable in store promo program for different channels.
• Handle and maintain AQUA Japan touch points (Booth, Product SKU, POP, POSM, etc)
• Manage all member of Merchandiser team to optimize current touch points, maximize sell out, running promotion program & seek new channels with sales team.
• Mapping potential store/channel nationwide.
• Tracking store sell-out and planogram compliance. Must able to identity slow-moving products and make action.
• Benchmark competitor's in-store display (SKU units, new products, POP/POSM, promo, etc).
• Analyze competitor's activity
• Regular weekly sell-out achievement report by store.
• Manage dealer cooperation marketing and tracking the result. Develop new store expansion as per yearly plan.

Requirements :

• Experienced in similar position for 3-5 years.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Professional level of english
• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Number-savy, and high analytical skills
• Leadership ability
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc), skilled in Adobe CC is a plus.
• Understanding of Digital activity.
• High initiative and problem solving skills.
• Salesmanship
• Able to coordinate with different functions in the company (sales, product, branch)
• Able to identify problems and raise up the issue to prevent becoming big issue.
