Sales Training Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Complete the training program about sales operation, strategy, and essential sales functions for all sales teams (branches included)Evaluate and improve low performance employee;
• increase sales team productivityTracking training result progress, with coaching menu
• Manage & improve team sales productivtyPractice innovative idea in sales process
• Continue to read marketing and sales market trend in order to increase your understanding of the fieldClearly established job requirements for the teams based on training result or business needs

Requirements :

• Experienced in similar position for 3-5 years.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Professional level of english
• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Number-savy, and high analytical skills
• Leadership ability
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc),
• Understanding of Digital activity.
• High initiative and problem solving skills.
• Salesmanship
• Able to identify problems and raise up the issue to prevent becoming big issue.:
