Promoter Management

Responsibilities :

  • Filter and the final decision when selecting the recruitment of new promoter employees after past from third party
  • Design and update Promoter & TL Incentive Scheme
  • Control Outsourching Company and good communication
  • Update data base Promoter
  • Recap Weekly Report from all TL and deliver to related departement
  • Monthly Report Sell Out Achievement, Productivity,Turn over Promoters and Promoter & TL KPI's
  • Promoters & TL Evaluation from KPI's Result
  • Reward and punishment
  • Willing to travel frequently over branches

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related
  • Have min. 5 years of experience in the same field
  • Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) especially MS Power Point
  • Self-motivated, innovative, focus on result and high self confidence
  • Ability to work under pressure, under dynamic situation with high adaptability
